Who needs a digital speedometer?
Kit car builders
If wheels or tyre sizes are different on the kitcar car to those of the donor vehicle,
the original (analogue) speedo from the donor vehicle will almost certainly be rendered inaccurate
and would typically be difficult and costly to recalibrate.
The simpler solution is to fit an Acewell digital speedometer from the wide range available.

Motorcycles
Following a motorcyle accident it is not uncommon for the
original manufacturers clocks will have been damaged beyond repair. A cheaper solution than replacing
with a new manufacturers set is to replace with one of the

Quad Bikes
An "off road" quad bike is unlikley to have had a factory fitted speedo and therefore
is unable to be used on a public road. However "off road" bikes can be converted for road use
and requirement for an accurate speedometer is easily solved by installing a
quad bike digital speedometer.
Driving school cars
One of the problems that driving instructors face is not beeing able to see the
the factory fitted speedometer from the passenger seat in some cars (e.g. Toyota Yaris & Vauxhall Corsa).
A simple cost effective solution is to fit an second digital speedometer in a position where the instructor can see it.
Track days & Racecars
Often at track days you are not allowed anyone else to time you so the obvious solution is to
time yourself by the addition of a Multi-functional Acewell digital speedometer. They
